A head chef from Kyoto blends the delicacy of Japanese cuisine with the boldness of Chinese cooking. Guided by the philosophy that hot pot represents a crossroads of cultures, he creates a truly one-of-a-kind flavor experience.
Chef Career
After training at a long-established Kyoto restaurant, he mastered Chinese cuisine techniques. He pursues fusion of Japanese and Chinese cuisines and established a unique style using Hokkaido ingredients.
